Head Barista - Specialty Cafe and Eatery

Seeking a passionate Head Barista with experience in specialty coffee and hospitality to join our business, with locations in Fulham (SW6) and Kensington High Street (W8). Established in 2009 and boasting our own private roasting label, we prioritise quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail with strong customer focus and organisational skills. Working as part of the front of house team you will ensure we deliver exceptional coffee and customer service. We take pride in using top-of-the-line equipment and partnering with renowned roasters worldwide.

Comprehensive knowledge and experience in coffee roasting would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Coffee Preparation: 3+ years of specialty coffee experience.
• Coffee Knowledge: Strong understanding of brewing methods and equipment.
• Team Leadership: Train and supervise baristas for quality consistency.
• Customer Service: Friendly and dedicated to outstanding service.
• Inventory Management: Oversee supplies and order from suppliers as needed.
• Quality Control: Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness standards.
• Menu Development: Assist in creating new seasonal drinks.
• Shift Management: Lead daily operations, especially during peak hours.

There will be opportunities to progress to management or senior positions for the right candidate as we grow to new sites in the near future.
