St Clements is a busy, independent brunch restaurant wholeheartedly committed to serving delicious brunch dishes and exceptional coffee.

Located right next to the park, and 5 mins walk from Parsons Green tube, we are an integral part of the local community, and have a local and very loyal customer base. Our customers love to visit us for the best eggs in the area, and a top notch cup of coffee.

All our food - from harissa to cakes - is made from scratch by our chefs using top quality seasonal ingredients, from small farms and producers. We have an automatic GB5 La Marzocco machine and Mythos grinders; we use Assembly coffee beans to brew the perfect cup of coffee.

We are looking for a confident, results-driven part time (Saturday, Sunday) floor manager with plenty of energy, a cheerful disposition and a strong work ethic to join our small friendly team. It is a hands-on role and the key purpose is to ensure the team is consistently delivering outstanding service, so in turn we have happy customers! You will be working during our busy weekend brunch service, and will be managing a team of 3/4 staff on the floor.

What we are looking for: · At least 2 years experience in a similar, fast paced hospitality role · Commitment to exceptional customer service · Experienced at training / motivating staff and managing a small team · Attention to detail, great organisational skills · Passion for top quality food and coffee is essential!

Day-to-day responsibilities will include: · Ability to work fast and efficiently on the floor · Training new staff, ensuring staff work in a systematic and organised way · Turning tables efficiently and managing customer flow on busy weekends · Maximising sales, training staff to upsell and promote items · Maintaining high standards - ensuring the staff and cafe are well presented · Ensuring consistent excellency in Food Safety, and ensuring staff are properly trained. · Keeping the cafe clean, tidy and organised.

We have 48 covers (plus over 20 outside) and are open 7 days a week. Saturdays shift start at 8am, Sunday at 8.30am and the shifts finish both days at 3.30/4.30pm.

Every year the cafe closes from around 22 December until 3 January so you will always have time off over Christmas and New Year!
