Purpose of the Role

The Education Manager is critical in shaping the future of speciality coffee education at Origin. You will lead the development and delivery of training programmes for wholesale, retail, and home enthusiast customers, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects our provenance, seasonality, and transparency values.

As the custodian of Origin’s educational excellence, you will:

• Lead Origin’s education programme to cultivate deep customer loyalty and strengthen brand affinity.
• Align training strategies with business goals, industry trends, and our mission to elevate coffee expertise.
• Drive a culture of learning, innovation, and quality in every coffee experience.
• Manage and develop a team of Barista Trainers.

The salary is £35,000 - £40,000 DOE. You can discuss this in more detail during the interview if you meet the application criteria.
