Position Overview:
We are seeking a charismatic and visionary Head of Café Operations to lead the wellness-focused café at Repose Space. This unique role offers the opportunity to shape a space where customers can not only nourish their bodies with delicious, health-conscious food and beverages but also enjoy an atmosphere that fosters connection and tranquility. You will curate our menu offerings, create an environment that promotes relaxation, and drive the innovation of beverages, smoothies, protein shakes, and other wellness-focused products.
As the face of the café, you will play an integral role in maintaining the high standards of Repose Space’s brand while fostering a community atmosphere that aligns with our mission of mindfulness and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Leadership: Serve as the ambassador for Repose Space’s wellness vision, ensuring the café embodies the core values of tranquility, health, and well-being.
Menu Curation: Develop and oversee a menu that blends flavor with nutrition, offering a range of beverages, smoothies, protein shakes, and other wellness-oriented options, all designed to promote well-being and balance.
Innovation & Trends: Stay on the cutting edge of wellness and food trends to introduce new offerings that align with Repose Space’s holistic philosophy.
Customer Experience: Curate a calm, welcoming, and mindful atmosphere that enhances the overall wellness experience for our clients.
Operational Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day café operations, maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency, while meeting the needs of our wellness community.
Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a passionate team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment that reflects Repose Space’s commitment to holistic health and mindful service.

Qualifications:
