Hello 👋

We are on the hunt for a Manager for our flagship site alongside a Manager for one of our existing city sites.

Profile: You are a people focussed, results driven individual who possesses a track record of leadership, with a strong understanding of KPIs, P & L’s, and management reporting, and are confident in coaching teams toward growth.

Create Impact

  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of our products and ensure team-members are able to communicate those products to our guests in an approachable manner.
  • Lead by example by modelling professionalism through creating and sustaining a strong team ethic and instilling high standards across the team.
  • Model the highest standard of attention to detail, inspiring others towards achieving key performance metrics such as our in-store audits.
  • Take responsibility for overall store operations, provide first line HR support to your teams, and have confidence in managing upwards as well as within your store.

Set others up for success

  • Act as a gatekeeper, providing and ensuring our guests receive a high level of quality and consistency in our product and service, and provide site leads and team members with constructive feedback, coaching them toward success.
  • Execute a thought out in-store deployment of tasks to achieve maximum efficiency and an exceptional guest experience.
  • Set others up for success through effective store management by ensuring all operational guidelines, processes, and reporting are accurate and up to date.
  • Set others up for success through effective stock management, by ensuring properly planned ordering and stock rotation.
  • Ensure people within your store are consistently up skilled by working side by side with the team, evaluating performance, identifying opportunities for progression, and providing goals that can be measured and championed.
  • Provide a welcoming experience for new team members via recognising their successes as well as providing supportive direction as needed.
  • Cultivate a positive and proactive culture, where goals are achieved through communication and teamwork.

Grow with us

  • Continue to challenge yourself, and expand your own knowledge of both coffee, business, and people, and share knowledge with your fellow team members, helping provide the tools for their growth and development.
  • Ensure sustainability through profit by ensuring wastage is kept to a minimum (This covers staffing hours, consumables, food etc).
  • Demonstrate initiative, identifying both issues and opportunities alike, and pitching ideas and solutions.

Pay 29-33k depending on role and experience, with a generous bonus opportunity! In addition, we offer ongoing training, including our management leadership program to help you develop your managerial skills, alongside discounts, on-shift meals, and company social events!

While we are looking for individuals with both specialty coffee and management experience, we are happy to consider and develop applicants who possess a growth mindset. When applying, please be sure to submit a cover letter.
