Dear Reader,
We are looking to hire a wholesale manager/brand ambassador. The successful candidate will work closely with not only the other wholesale managers but also the head of the coffee and marketing department to keep Dark Arts’ wholesale and community efforts exciting and innovative.
The perfect candidate for this role will be a serious coffee professional with several years of experience under their belt already, someone who is not afraid to be on camera and who is capable of designing, running, and organising their own community-focused events and activations. Can you brew coffee well? Do you have cupping experience? Are you prepared to become a character in the Dark Arts cinematic universe?
We are looking for someone who can instantly create rapport with new people, who finds it easy to make new friends, and who can maintain and keep track of tens, if not hundreds, of conversations simultaneously.
Organisation is paramount.
The right candidate will be confident enough to conduct on and off-site training sessions for our wholesale customers. Previous experience in barista training is not necessary but highly desirable.
The role is based in Hackney; however, we are opening this position to remote workers. The job will require travel all over the UK and Europe. A UK driver’s license is not necessary but is highly desirable.
Core responsibilities:
Please don’t hesitate to apply even if you don’t think you tick all of these boxes. We are looking for the right person, and that person has no race, gender, colour, or creed. Statistically, men are more likely to apply to positions where they do not tick every requirement; we want to see and welcome applications from all genders and minority backgrounds.
We will do our best to respond to all applicants but can not guarantee a timely response.
Sincerely, Dark Arts Coffee
