We’re looking for skilled baristas with 2+ years of experience in specialty coffee for locations across Central and SE London. At Old Spike, you’ll have the unique opportunity to combine your love of coffee with meaningful social and environmental impact, supporting homeless individuals with living-wage jobs and contributing to local charities through our loyalty program.
What You’ll Bring:
Minimum of 2 years in specialty coffee with a deep passion for the craft.
Expertise in dialling in grinders, espresso extraction, and milk texturing.
Strong understanding of coffee beans, brew ratios, and espresso techniques.
Knowledge of coffee machine and grinder maintenance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
A positive, team-oriented attitude, ready to mentor and support homeless trainees.
