We are a small company that are about to open our second shop in West Ealing and we are looking for a strong candidate to help us build something great in our new store. We will help show the right person the ropes with the ultimate goal to hand off some responsibilities and have you become our store leader. Initially interview and trial and maybe the first week or two will be situated in our central London store and then transfer will happen when the store is fully fitted and ready to open.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a small team and will be able to take the initiative along with following recipes. Ideally we would need to see some speciality coffee experience and experience in open and close down procedures of a coffee shop. You will also be required to learn the breakfast and lunch (sandwiches) menu that are made fresh everyday.
