Joe Blake’s is now recruiting a full time Barista to work at our brand-new store in Ealing Broadway, we’ll be just next to the station serving speciality coffee and fuelling the people of Ealing 7 days a week.
Pay starts at £13.15 & rises to £14.15 including our monthly bonus and your breaks are paid while on shift. We offer flexible hours, a great team environment and real progression opportunities. Our shifts start early but generally finish early too - our earliest start time is 6am with our latest finish around 7pm.
Join us in crafting specialty coffee & serving our amazing bakery products to customers. All locations are takeaway focused in busy areas so days will be busy with plenty to do. Our mission is to make great quality coffee quickly without the faff and we’ve set up our flow, rota’s and teams to do this.
Required experience: Knowledge and experience within specialty coffee is key

We pride ourselves on having the best equipment for the best baristas. To keep things at the very top of quality and standards while ensuring a quick output you will work with:
