The Role
As Cafe Manager, you will be the face of our café, leading the team to ensure smooth daily operations and maintaining our high standards of service, quality, and hospitality. This is a hands-on role requiring leadership, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including staff management, stock control, and customer service.
• Lead, motivate, and train a team to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage the café’s financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and meeting sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Assist in menu planning and event coordination when required.

• Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality or café industry.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
