Are you an enthusiastic Barista looking to be the star in all thing’s coffee in a popular and stunning London venue? Grayson’s’ are looking for a passionate Head Barista to join our team at The British Library. We are looking for a Head Barista to lead the team from the front, preparing and presenting high end beverages whilst creating an inviting coffee experience to all guests and staff. Training the team on how to perfect the art of coffee and assisting the Catering Manager in enhancing our customer experience. Key responsibilities: • Promote genuine and warm customer service • Health and food safety compliance • Coach the team on the art of coffee and presentation • Ensure all coffee machines, grinders, and equipment are maintained, cleaned, and calibrated regularly. • Create seasonal menus to complement our restaurants offering • Stock maintenance and accountability • A team player and collaborator.
