The Dusty Knuckle is recruiting for an experienced part-time barista to work 3 shifts/week at our Harringay branch.
Role purpose: Delivering an exceptional standard of hot and cold drinks to all our customers whilst role modelling this to trainees.
Key responsibilities - Opening and closing the barista section - Making all hot and cold drinks for customers, trainees and staff - Keeping the section clean and tidy throughout - Role modelling and training trainees
Behaviours/requirements that are critical for this role? - The candidate will be an experienced barista with previous specialty coffee experience - Hard graft, always on time and willing to help out the rest of the team - Kindness and willingness - Being measured and calm and organized - Being a good communicator - Genuine enthusiasm for making coffee
