We are looking for a bright & shiny person who is happy serving tables and firing off flat whites. You must be confident enough to work solo in the quiet hours, putting away deliveries, general cleaning and dynamic enough to work as part of a well oiled team during wild Saturday mornings. Confidence behind an espresso machine and with a tray are necessary. So is an easy smile and genuine pleasure in creating a lovely environment.
