Le Chapeau Cloche is a unique venue divided into two spaces, our French 1920s-inspired hair salon and “La Muse” café & cocktail bar, hidden in our back garden & basement with a 20-person capacity.

As café & cocktail bar supervisor, you will be required to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, cocktails and food snacks as well as serving tables and be responsible for the opening and closing procedures.

The right candidate must be comfortable with working independently (on their own).

Our cocktail menu is very short and simple, so we prioritise candidates with a barista background and we will provide cocktail training. However, you need to be eager to learn about basic mixology.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • opening & closing procedures
  • ensuring all food safety procedures are strictly followed according to sanitary regulations
  • preparing and serving high-quality coffee
  • preparing and serving cocktails
  • preparing and serving bar snacks
  • answering phone calls and e-mails
  • taking payments
  • clean the work and customer areas throughout the day and at the end of the day
  • contributing to a positive working environment
  • providing a friendly and professional service to all customers

A typical work schedule might look like the following (please note that this is just an example):

Monday OFF Tuesday 8am - 3pm Wednesday 8am - 3pm Thursday 8am – 3pm Friday 8am - 9pm Saturday 8am – 8pm Sunday OFF
