Boki are looking to add Baristas & front of house staff to our growing team in Aldgate.
Boki was founded in 2015 and have opened stores across London with current sites in Aldgate & Wembley Park.
Boki @ 1CP in Aldgate is an in house coffee shop, cafe, bar and events space within a large office building.
We have 4 different coffee bars in the building from the ground floor to the 15th with epic views of the city and are adding a new coffee/wine bar in the coming months. There’s lot’s of room to grow and potential for promotion within the team.
With a range of equipment including KB90, linea PB and GS3’s alongside Mahlkonig grinders and Fetco filter coffee brewers.
Operating Mon-Fri it’s a very busy and demanding space but the benefit is always having weekends off!
We are looking for experienced Barista’s and front of house staff, full training will also be provided and there’s opportunities to learn bartending skills in the evenings, Tues, Weds & Thursday.
The role will include:
Good English is essential as is a positive, outgoing personality and willingness to work hard as a team.
Full training is provided including food hygiene level 2, health and safety, fire warden, first aid and allergen certificates and there will be opportunities to take SCA barista training courses to improve skills and knowledge.
