Barista at Hally's - £13.50 to £15 per hour, 4 shifts per week

We are looking for new Barista to join our team at Hally’s in Parsons Green, Fulham.

Hally’s is a busy neighbourhood cafe serving speciality coffee, fresh, delicious food and great cocktails. Are you passionate about the above and want to be a part of a fast-paced team at one of the busiest brunch and lunch spots in the area?

Applicants must:

• be passionate about making the perfect cup of coffee
• have experience working in speciality coffee
• have excellent customer service skills
• be friendly & presentable
• be reliable, hardworking & well organised
• work well in a team
• able to work flexibly across the week, including weekends

Pay: from £13.50 per hour, up to at least £15 / even more (this is a pay + share of tronc package - i.e. the more money the business makes, the more money you will make!). Holiday pay, company pension (where applicable) & cash tips are in addition to this.

It will be around 4 shifts per week, ie around 30 to 35 hours, depending on the needs of the business.
