We’re looking for experienced Baristas and Front of House staff to join our Islington based team.
ARC Collective is a community space offering a range of events and experiences to local people. We also have our own yoga studio, food bank and are the proud custodians of 5 local community garden spaces. The revenue we generate goes right back into our community projects offering food, essentials, movement and stress management through yoga at truly accessible pricing.
Our cafe sits at the heart of our venue and has a reputation for excellent coffee, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for an experienced barista with a friendly outlook who is confident in all aspects of coffee preparation, including dialing in, making high volumes of drinks, latte art, and serving customers with a smile. We also offer a range of light breakfasts and lunches so some food preparation is needed (preparing sandwiches or serving hot food)
The role will suit somebody with a warm personality who wants to give back and be part of something bigger.
Shifts vary, with occasional weekends and evenings but Sundays are required currently.
