at Gaya's Cakes
We are a small independent bakery and cafe situated on Putney Bridge Road. We make all our pastries (the best in London we are often told!) and cakes from scratch on site and we are looking for a fabulous barista to join our small team for a part time weekly role (either 7.5 hours on Tuesdays or 15 hours across Tuesdays and Wednesdays). There’s coffee competition on the street so it’s got to be the best! We are looking for someone who can multitask, someone who is confident at chatting and charming the customers, while making coffees, taking payments, and serving cakes from the counter. Some assistance in the kitchen will also be needed as required so we would ideally want someone who is willing to help out in quieter times with all the day to day jobs in a bakery.
This role is best suited for someone who lives in SW London as we like to employ people from the local community.
