We are searching for an experienced Lead barista for our new coffee shop in Chiswick (arcane). With exceptional levels of customer service, knowledge and passion of all things coffee to pass on to other members of staff and the customers.
Pre-requisites: Full-time role, must be flexible and be availability on weekends. Good level of experience in speciality coffee (dialling in, pulling shots, steaming/pouring milk art and pour over coffee).
The ability to delivery the highest quality coffee under pressure and have great attention to details. The ability to lead and pass on information clearly to others members of staff whether it’s during a rush or in training.
