We’re excited to offer the right candidate an opportunity to join our team as a Roastery Assistant & Barista Trainer, based in our North London roastery. The ideal candidate will be driven, detail-oriented, and aligned with our core values of honesty, integrity, conscientiousness, respect, humility, and transparency.
What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking someone with experience as a Head Barista or Barista Trainer within the specialty coffee industry who is looking to take the next step in their coffee career. As we continue to grow, you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the inner workings of a specialty roastery, including developing roasting skills under the guidance of our Head of Coffee.
You will also play a key role in delivering high-quality barista training to our wholesale partners at our roastery and on-site.
