We’re looking for a Head Barista to manage the bar!
The right candidate will:
Have a passion for coffee and be excited to inspire our customers and other team members
Have excellent coffee knowledge, with an in depth understanding of the bean to cup process
Have the ability and drive to maintain high standards, organisation and cleanliness, ensuring other members of staff also adhere to these standards
Have a comprehensive knowledge of coffee brewing methods and strong latte art skills
Be experienced in working in a fast paced environment, and managing other people
Be confident in dialling in to taste, and identifying tasting notes
Have strong customer service skills
Be comfortable multi-tasking, preparing cold drinks alongside making coffee
Be supportive and work together with the FOH managers to ensure a smooth service and running of the restaurant
Have great organisational skills - you’ll be responsible for stock ordering and making sure par levels are maintained

Pay: £16.50 (including Tronc)
