SKILLS AND PRE-REQUISITES:
Specialty Coffee Knowledge: You should be skilled in dialling in coffee, pulling shots, steaming milk, and creating intricate latte art.
Exceptional Service: A dedication to providing top-notch customer service with unwavering attention to detail is crucial.
Team Collaboration: Your ability to collaborate effectively with team members is essential in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Motivation and Ambition: We’re looking for individuals who are self-motivated, ambitious, and always striving for personal and professional growth.
Quality Focus: A genuine passion for delivering the highest quality coffee is a must.
Experience: Previous experience working as a barista and handling specialty coffee is essential.
Availability: Able to work full-time, including weekends. A valid right to work in the United Kingdom is essential.
