Focus of the role : In collaboration with our group Head of Coffee: Manage retail coffee operations across both coffee outlets, including our Coffee Truck locations and Hospitality restaurants centred around London city. Lead training programmes for all site-based Baristas & coffee handlers to establish & drive quality and consistency. Foster engagement with our client to enhance coffee-related initiatives. Develop innovative ways for clients’ colleagues and customers to interact with coffee. Explore and introduce new coffee blends. Organize and oversee pop-up coffee experiences. Curate tailored coffee offerings for UK client suites. Manage the UK free vend coffee program (Franke).
