JOIN OUR TEAM – PRODUCTION ROASTER

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Production Roaster to join our roastery team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-quality coffee and contribute to a growing, passionate business.

Key Responsibilities: • Roast coffee to meet production demands while maintaining quality standards

• Develop and manage daily/weekly roast schedules

• Profile and evaluate coffee for release

• Maintain strict quality control through daily product evaluations

• Handle and move green and roasted coffee as part of daily operations

• Train and support team members as needed

• Perform preventive maintenance on roasting equipment

• Ensure compliance with health & safety guidelines

• Assist with stock management, ensuring adequate green bean and packaging supplies

• Bag, pick, and fulfill customer orders

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of roasting experience

• Passion for specialty coffee and quality control

• Self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• High attention to detail

• Proof of the right to work in the UK
