SHED has been serving exceptional coffee since 2013, building a strong reputation within East London’s creative community. With deep roots in art, photography, and co-working culture, we’re looking for a barista with an enthusiasm for wine to join our team.
What We’re Looking For: A skilled barista, confident in dialing in grinders, maintaining coffee machines, and handling day-to-day cleaning and food prep. Someone with a genuine interest in wine—whether you already have knowledge or are eager to learn. Ideally based in East London, with a strong sense of community and hospitality. A team player with a positive attitude, keen to be part of a creative and social environment.
Must-Have Skills & Qualities: ✔ Be able to take feedback and improve ✔ Open to training and learning ✔ Genuinely interested in wine and coffee culture ✔ Understanding of where coffee comes from, how it’s roasted, and the variety of flavours it offers ✔ Good at following systems and processes—aligning with SHED’s way of working ✔ Strong command of English ✔ Likeable, friendly, and engaging with customers and colleagues
