Special Guests is a premium roastery showcasing an extensive range of exceptional coffees. We are looking for a Barista and Head Barista to join our team at our newly-opened flagship store in Marylebone, London.
It is our first, and only, cafe and we are committed to elevating each role in a traditional coffee shop.
We are looking for ambitious team members that are dedicated to learning, delivering a consistent high level of service and apply their knowledge where possible in order to deliver the best experience for our guests and brew unique, rare and high-scoring coffee.
Your responsibilities include greeting guests, brewing coffee, both filter and espresso, and day-to-day tasks that ensure the shop runs efficiently. The manager will be responsible for upholding the standards and ensuring the shop operates and the Head Barista will be managing coffee stock, curating menus, and dialling in new additions. As we grow there will be opportunities to compete, train and progress in other areas of the larger business.
