The Barista role is one of the most important position at Coco di Mama. We’re looking for individuals who take coffee as seriously as we do and take pride in every cup they craft. The main duties include:
Delivering excellent customer service
Delivering excellent quality coffee that meets our brand standards
Maintaining presentation in store
Food preparation
The people we’re looking for will:
Have the skills – At least 6 months experience of working as a barista
Be Hard working – You do what needs to be done and you do it properly.
Be cool – Your chill, your reliable, your kind and you don’t love drama.
