Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager to lead the social media strategy for Think Better Group and its diverse portfolio of brands. This role will be based in Horsham, UK, but with a global focus, working to engage a worldwide audience of conscious consumers and build out our community of brand advocates.

The role is critical in ensuring cohesive and impactful storytelling across all platforms while driving engagement and supporting business goals for each brand.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development & Execution

  • Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy for Think Better Group and its brands, including Klean Kanteen, Brewed by Hand, Colonna Coffee, Ecoriginals, Econaps, and Project Blank.
  • Focus on fostering community among conscious consumers and building a strong, engaged cohort of brand advocates.
  • Establish distinct brand voices that align with each brand’s mission while ensuring consistency across global platforms.
  • Identify trends, insights, and strategies to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility globally.

Content Creation & Management

  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content tailored to each brand’s unique audience and values (e.g., graphics, videos, and copy) for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Maintain a robust content calendar across all brands, ensuring alignment with product launches, campaigns, and sustainability messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver creative campaigns that amplify brand impact.

Community Engagement & Growth

  • Cultivate and engage communities of conscious consumers across all platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and nurture global audiences, ensuring alignment with each brand’s values.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and partners to amplify reach and engagement.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance across all brands, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Use data to inform strategy and optimize campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Stay informed about platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams across brands to align social media efforts with broader objectives.
  • Train and guide internal stakeholders on social media best practices and brand-aligned engagement.
  • Manage external agencies or freelancers as needed to scale efforts across multiple brands.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience managing social media for multiple brands, with measurable success.
  • Strong understanding of global social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on brand storytelling.
  • Graphic design and video editing skills are highly desirable.
  • Experience engaging with communities of conscious consumers or sustainability-focused audiences is a strong advantage.
