We have an exciting new job role for anyone wishing to take their coffee skills to the next level. Our roastery is looking for a part time role (which can turn to full time). Assisting the Head of coffee with roasting, production, packing and managing the wholesale and retail orders.
Duties will include: - Learning to roast our production - Lifting of green and roasted coffee - Organising and scheduling deliveries via courier and mail - Packing and shipping to retail and wholesale customers - Setting up cupping sessions and tasting sessions for new clients - Generally cleaning and maintaining of the Roastery site.
Specialty (Barista) coffee skills and passion are essential, but full training on roastery operations will be given.
The ideal candidate will be willing to learn to roast, manage production and have a more developed role within our business in time. We are an independent business committed to paying over the London living wage.
