We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team, initially in a part-time capacity, to help us tell our story through social media, digital marketing, and events.
This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time position. You are highly organised, solutions-focused, and results-driven, with strong content creation and copywriting skills. Passionate about quality and business growth, you can work independently and collaboratively. With at least two years of marketing experience in hospitality, you understand speciality coffee and can create compelling marketing across retail, wholesale, and eCommerce.
Create Impact
- Manage day-to-day marketing across retail, wholesale, and eCommerce, ensuring brand consistency.
- Develop engaging social media content, respond to enquiries, and foster community interaction.
- Plan and execute activations, events, and collaborations to boost brand visibility.
- Work with the COO to create and implement a strategic marketing plan.
- Manage website content, product launches, and stock listings for digital platforms.
- Oversee design and distribution of printed materials for stores, wholesale, and eCommerce.
- Monitor KPIs, aligning marketing initiatives with budget and business goals.
- Identify and leverage PR opportunities, connecting leadership with media and industry influencers.

- Create high-quality content that communicates the brand’s vision and values.
- Develop and distribute a monthly internal newsletter to keep teams informed.
- Stay ahead of market trends in coffee, hospitality, and consumer behaviour.
- Provide leadership with regular marketing reports, highlighting opportunities and challenges.
- Foster a collaborative team culture through clear communication and shared goals.

Pro-rata of £33,000–£36,000 (DOE) per annum, based on agreed part-time hours
