We’re looking for a super-organised, coffee-loving Operations & Account Manager to join the Fireheart team! This is a varied and hands-on role focused on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, while also being a friendly, reliable face for our wholesale partners.
You’ll be the go-to person for managing our wholesale operations—everything from replying to partner emails, to troubleshooting espresso machines, to hosting barista training sessions and checking in with accounts across London (or beyond!).
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the wholesale@ inbox and staying on top of partner requests
- Providing on-site technical support for espresso machines and grinders (including basic repairs and troubleshooting)
- Coordinating servicing schedules and emergency call-outs with our tech partners
- Visiting wholesale partners regularly to offer support and strengthen relationships
- Supporting new partner onboarding alongside the sales team
- Planning and delivering barista training sessions at the roastery and on-site
- Tracking order patterns and looking for opportunities to upsell or improve service
- Helping out with roastery operations and partner or public events when needed
What we’re looking for:
- Someone with a background in operations, client services, or hospitality
- Confidence around coffee gear—ideally with some hands-on tech experience with La Marzocco espresso machines and Mahlkoing grinders
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Great people skills—you’re comfortable building and maintaining relationships
- A passion for specialty coffee and all the details that go into making it great
Specific requirements:
Candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK.
Hold a full UK driver’s licence.
