As Head Chef, you’re responsible for menu development, day-to-day food production, and ensuring Kitchen Operations run without a hitch. It’s your role to lead and manage the Kitchen Team, ensuring the highest standards are met in food production and health and food safety. Using your expert knowledge of ingredients and food trends, as well as customer feedback and sales data, you regularly update and develop our food offering, creating a buzz among staff and customers alike.
You’re as passionate about quality ingredients as you are about leading a team. You’ll need to use your excellent communication and time management skills to delegate effectively and ensure all food orders are produced on time and to the highest quality.
