Assistant Cafe Manger

A rare and exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a coffee, running & cycling shop. 

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity at Raptor Bikes, located in the incredibly vibrant embankment of Putney.

We are looking for a dedicated Head Barista/Assistant Manager to assist our amazing Cafe Manager to oversee the everyday running of the cafe and all its operations, with a particular focus on supporting events and the busiest times of the week.

As the Head Barista, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the Clubhouse remains one of the freshest new cafes in London. Your responsibilities will span from the art of coffee to events and organising stock and deputising to the Manager. You must be confident working in an extremely busy cafe.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a barista working with speciality coffee with a deep understanding of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and customer service.

A strong background in the hospitality sector is essential Excellent organisational and time management skills A commitment to excellence in customer service Ability to work independently and self-manage A great enthusiasm for coffee and ideally cycling/running culture Must be available to work weekends

Opening hours for the cafe are 7am - 4pm every day As Head Barista you will be expected to work at least 40 hours per week. Salary: Competitive Interviews to take place ASAP.
