Dark&Light is looking for a friendly and positive front of house member to join our team part time.
Are you passionate about specialty coffee and providing exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and dedicated individual to join our Front of House team at Dark&Light. If you have a love for coffee culture, enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities: - Greet and interact with customers, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere - Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and efficiency - Ensure the café is kept clean and organized, including the front counter, seating area, and restroom - Maintain product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions about our menu offerings - Assist in opening and closing duties - Provide excellent customer service, handling any concerns or questions with professionalism and care
What we’re Looking For: - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required (we’ll train you!) - A passion for coffee and an eagerness to learn about specialty coffee - A friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills - Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude under pressure - Ability to work in a team and collaborate with others in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
