What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for an experienced full-time barista to join our café staff at our Elephant & Castle café & roastery.
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a barista role, with demonstrated proficiency in espresso preparation, latte art, and coffee brewing methods
- Passionate about coffee and providing excellent customer service to our guests
- Able to pitch in with food prep, including making and toasting sandwiches
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively
- Self-motivated, with great communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to drive sales and promote our coffee products
- Ability to handle potential customer issues with empathy and tact while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour
- Flexible schedule, including weekends
- Authorized to work in the UK
