WYLD is home to the UK’s first floating sauna, located in the scenic Princes Dock, Liverpool. We pride ourselves on offering a unique sauna experience, blending relaxation, premium coffee, natural wines, and homemade electrolyte water, all within a dynamic and growing community.

The Opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to start their own business without the traditional financial risk. WYLD will provide everything you need to get started, including:
• Prime Location: Right on the back of the UK’s first floating sauna at Princes Dock. • Space and Facilities: You’ll have full access to a fully furnished coffee shop and wine bar space. • Top-tier Equipment: Including a La Marzocco PB machine, wine storage, and all essential appliances.

What We’re Looking For:
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: This is a self-starting opportunity for someone with a passion for running their own business. • Hospitality Experience: Experience in a coffee shop, wine bar, or similar setting is highly desirable. • Barista & Wine Knowledge: Expertise in making high-quality coffee and an understanding of natural wines will be key to this role. • Customer Service Focus: We want someone who can offer exceptional service to our sauna guests and the general public alike. • Vision: A person with innovative ideas to help shape and grow the coffee and wine offering as part of the overall WYLD experience.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the coffee shop and wine bar, ensuring a seamless guest experience. • Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations. • Curate a menu of premium coffees, natural wines, and light snacks, aligning with the WYLD ethos. • Work closely with the WYLD team to integrate the coffee shop and wine bar into the broader customer experience. • Monitor inventory and manage supplier relationships. • Develop strategies to increase foot traffic and build a loyal customer base.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a coffee shop, barista role, or wine service. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and innovation. • Ability to work autonomously and manage all aspects of a business. • Knowledge of or willingness to learn about natural wines and specialty coffee. • Passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
Compensation:
This opportunity is structured as a business partnership rather than a salaried position. You will have the chance to build your own business, with low overheads, under the WYLD umbrella. The financial arrangement will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
