Coffee Shop Manager — Covent Garden

We’re looking for a Coffee Shop Manager for our Covent Garden location.

While speciality coffee experience is a bonus, it’s not essential. What matters most is your positivity, passion for hospitality, ability to lead by example, and willingness to learn and get involved.

This is a full-time role, and weekend availability is essential. Previous management experience is preferred.

• Operational Management: Full ownership of day-to-day operations, including customer experience, financial processes, food hygiene, and health & safety.
• Coffee Expertise: Ensures the team consistently serves superb espresso, filter, and pour-over coffee while developing their own knowledge.
• Financial Acumen: Understands profitability, cost control, and financial planning.
• Training & Development: Coaches and supports team members on their individual career journeys.
• Team Leadership: Inspires and sets high expectations for the team.
• Strategic Vision: Contributes ideas for the café’s long-term growth.
