Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for coffee, and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service. As the Café Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the café, manage staff, and ensure the highest standards of quality and service. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of the café, including opening and closing procedures. • Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas and support staff. • Ensure exceptional customer service and address customer feedback promptly. • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels. • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café. • Handle staff scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations. • Create a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications: • Previous experience in a managerial role in the hospitality or retail industry, preferably in a café or coffee shop. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting. • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends. • A positive attitude and a passion for quality and customer service.
