East London Bakery the Proof have just taken up residence in our first shop after trading for 2 years as a delivery only business. We are looking for experienced barista’s to help us run the day to day at our Dalston shop and cafe. Using a La Marzocco Linea & Mythos One
we look for barista’s/FOH staff that are able to:
_ Dial in a variety of coffees to achieve optimum extraction and taste. _ Steam milk to a high quality and consistent levels. _ Serving customers in an effective, quick and polite manner. _ support with customer collections, packaging cakes and general support to the rest of the team _ Manage weekly stock levels in store. _ Passion for hospitality, be friendly, positive and punctual. _ Experience handling food preferred

We aim to open more locations in the near future and want people that are on board for the journey, can help us to think about multi site distribution and becoming known for high quality tasty coffee to sit along our premium baked products.
