We are looking to hire a Barista/ Front of House Coordinator for our European HQ in London.

Front of House/Office Coordination & Barista duties include: Prepare and serve high-quality speciality coffee and other beverages for employees and guests. Innovate and create a welcoming atmosphere around the coffee bar, making it a central hub for staff interaction and engagement. Manage all aspects of F&B, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the availability of snacks, fruit, and other refreshments.
Reception and Guest Services: Meet and greet visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome. Manage access control, ensuring the security of the premises.
Facilities Coordination: Collaborate closely with building reception and loading bay staff to coordinate deliveries and manage logistical needs. Assist with office upkeep, including maintaining meeting rooms and ensuring they are clean and well-stocked. Report facilities issues to the relevant management team and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Administrative Support: Assist with stationery and office supply orders, maintaining adequate stock levels. Provide logistical support to the Events and Internal Communications teams, assisting with event planning and execution. Offer general office support as needed, including handling administrative tasks and assisting other team members.
Additional Responsibilities: Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. Develop and implement creative catering ideas for meetings, events, and special occasions. Requirements
Essential Skills: Speciality Coffee and Beverage Preparation: Proven ability to prepare and serve high-quality speciality coffee and other drinks. Front of House/Hospitality/Office Coordination Experience: Prior experience in a similar role, demonstrating excellent customer service and organisational skills. Food and Beverage Management: Experience in managing food and beverage services, including ordering, inventory, and presentation. Facilities Coordination: Experience in coordinating facilities-related tasks, including liaising with service providers and managing maintenance issues.

Additional Desirable Skills: Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service. Experience with event planning and coordination. Familiarity with office management software and systems. Barista certification or training.
