Barista and Training Assistant

Assembly Coffee and Volcano Coffee Works, UKs leading independent coffee brand is looking for a full time barista to work in our roastery cafe Door Coffee Bar and conduct trainings and masterclasses from beginner to intermediate accross our Wholesale and Online customer base.

We are looking for an engaged professional seeking a career in coffee, someone motivated by training others, support for coffee competitions, learning the business of coffee and understanding the fundamentals of business operations.

Experience is a must and interviews will all take place behind the bar.
