We are looking for an outstanding Barista to join our busy bakery cafe in the Lake District and be a key force in our goal of establishing ourselves as “the place” for speciality coffee in Cumbria.
A unique opportunity of working with coffee roasted by our Great Taste Award winning sister company “True North Coffee Roasters” just 300 yards from the bakery cafe. More? Responsibilities:
-Ensuring each drink is crafted to specification and upholds our high standards
-Integrating and promoting the True North Coffee brand within the More? Bakery Café, educating our customers on speciality coffee and its usp’s
-Have a passion and determination to help deliver outstanding customer service and manage the presentation and efficiency of the coffee bar area
Duties:
-Producing hot and cold drinks to barista specification. (barista experience is needed).
-Have a passion and determination to help deliver outstanding customer service and manage the presentation and efficiency of the FOH area
-The cleaning of and maintenance of cafe and equipment and instilling the importance of a “clean as you go” ethos
-Serving customers, offering excellent customer care
-Cashing up
Must understand the importance of working our busiest periods (weekends, public holidays)
