We are looking for experienced baristas who have previously worked with specialty coffee to join a small unit inside a beautiful private Residential development called the Bow Quarters. We are going to be selling coffee to the residents of the 700 flats.
Candidate must be
Experienced working within hospitality, able to work indipendently in a busy fast-paced environment whilst delivering excellent quality.
Our main focus is coffee also we are going to be selling pastries and toasties. The right candidate must be truly passionate about specialty coffee. Be comfortable with dialling in a well balanced espresso, cleaning and maintening La Marzocco Linea PB and Malkhoning E65 grinder.
Early riser:opening the kiosk at 6:15 and be ready to serve first coffee at 7. Closing time is at 3 in the afternoon.
