This year we’re growing fast, and we are now looking for an Assistant Manager for our new Tottenham Court Road store, opening late July.
While speciality coffee experience is preferred, it’s not required. What matters most is your positivity and passion for hospitality, ability to lead by example and your willingness to learn and get involved.

Eye for detail: Keeps the coffee shop well-presented and inviting.
Dependable Support: Acts as a reliable backup for the Coffee Shop Manager. Skill Sets
Operational Knowledge: Strong hospitality experience with an understanding of the coffee shop’s operational and financial goals.
Training and Development: Passionate about training team members and fostering their growth.
Management: Capable of deputising for the Coffee Shop Manager, managing the team and operations in their absence.
