The Coffeesmiths Collective Ltd. (“Coffeesmiths”) is a family of speciality coffee shops and coffee companies based in the United States and the United Kingdom. The Company rolls out and acquires speciality coffee shops and companies preserving, wherever appropriate, the strong individual identities of those regarded as ‘local institutions’. Coffeesmiths brings light touch economies of scale enhancing the customer experience and increasing shareholder value without altering the fabric of the uniqueness of many of its established assets. The Company has a flagship brand, the multi award-winning Department of Coffee & Social Affairs, with coffee shops in the USA and in the UK in which it is widely recognised as a market leader in the rapidly growing speciality coffee sector. We are at the forefront of speciality coffee innovation in terms of both customer service and product development. We currently own and operate around 100 outlets, (all driven by quality coffee), along with 2 roasteries, one in the USA and one in the UK, housing state-of-the-art Probat roasters (currently roasting over 350 metric tonnes a year) and 3 bakeries.
