We are a Cotswold based cafe with 2 sites in neighbouring villages and expanding to a third shortly.  There is enormous potential for growth in the company.  We are currently using 40kg per week in a small Cotswold village!  Our menu is heavily weighted towards the sourdough bread which is made 100 metres away!   All our cakes and sandwiches are made onsite.
