Redemption is fast becoming known for being London’s healthiest restaurant brand, serving up sugar-free, wheat-free, vegan dishes with an alcohol-free bar. The company is proving that healthy food can tantalise the pickiest of taste buds, with a selection of delicious, yet nutritious dishes, including starters, mains and desserts, and non-alcoholic cocktails. Established three years ago with pop-ups, Redemption opened its own venue in Notting Hill in August 2015 and has attracted a cult following, before opening a second site within 6 months in Shoreditch. Redemption’s ethos is firmly rooted in caring for oneself, the planet and animals. The company is the brainchild of CEO, Catherine Salway, and Creative Director and Executive Chef, Andrea Waters.
