The Cut is the buzzing all day Bar, Restaurant & Cafe inside the renowned Young Vic theatre in Waterloo. Over two floors the award winning building with an open-air terrace host an eclectic crowd of theatre-goers, artists, suits, and locals. We use beans from Allpress and Coffee Collective. Teas from Chash The Fine Tea Company. We bake amazing muffins and get some awesome cakes from Bread Ahead.
