Assistant manager of TWIN PINES COFFEE HOUSE.

Brand new, nice and clean, well kitted-out (Slayer) cafe in the centre of Brighton.  Our focus is customers and immaculate coffee - via an informal, relaxed and VIBES working environment.

Our aim is to be different through taking a top-end, professional approach to coffee, while offering it to everyone.

No uniform, no pretentiousness - just great customer relations and great coffee, all through continuous improvement.

You will be integral to designing the coffee offering, staff training and business development.

Starting salary is £22k, with a chance to grow within this new site.
