<p>&lt;p&gt;Hej Coffee is an awesome Coffee shop based in trendy Bermondsey!&lt;/p&gt;<br /> &lt;p&gt;We are pretty keen on a decent bean, but its all in the making too!&lt;/p&gt;<br /> &lt;p&gt;Just as important as high quality beans is the method by which they are turned into a cup of yummy frothy coffee. Making beautiful coffee and getting the milk just right, is truly an art form and one that any Barista will tell you, takes much practice!</p> <pre>In a real setting below our coffee shop in Bermondsey is the Hey Coffee School. The "Hog warts" of coffee, a space where learning, experimenting and coffee wizardry can take place without all the demanding distractions of everyday front line demands. The school caters from absolute beginners to the "ultimate coffee geek" including proffesional catering staff, interested people and anyone with a taste for coffee. We are an official SCAE (Specialised Coffee Association of Europe) accredited centre and can offer all courses relevant to the candidates requirements. We don't believe just having a certificate is enough so we offer real hands on working experience working in our shop and serving real customers whilst having the support of our staff. We also run several community projects with local people to help encourage new skills in the hospitality industry, and are able to call on the support of our network of blue chip clients and friends within the industry to provide tangible work opportunities. </pre> <p>As well as our coffee shop and barista training for clients and coffee lovers, we work with corporate partners and community agencies to provide training for people who aren’t in education, employment or training to help them help themselves back into employment in the food and drink industry.&lt;/p&gt;<br /> &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;<br /> &lt;p&gt;We’re based in the green building on the corner of Bermondsey Square (you can’t miss it!), just off Long Lane / Tower Bridge Road junction. It’s a ten minute walk from London Bridge (down Bermondsey Street) which is the nearest mainline and underground station.&lt;/p&gt;</p>
